Several enhancements

Hello!

I've made a number of changes to calendar, which I'm finding extremely useful:

• Updated to use ARC and modern ObjC array indexing syntax
• If two events are on at the same time, lay them out side-by-side.
• Rename some *View classes to *ViewController
• Make the view controllers work better in storyboards
• Make the view controller able to be reloaded on demand
• Event tiles can now have an image displayed at the top-right (for example, to indicate favourite events)
