Major Updates

The library has been updated to the latest bootstrap libraries (v5.1.3 core and v1.7.1 icons). The people picker has been updated to give a tooltip providing further information about the user account, which is helpful for users w/ multiple accounts (admin, etc). Form field updates related to the list form component.

Updated Bootstrap to v5.1.0

This release updates the core Bootstrap library to v5.1.0, including the latest Bootstrap Icons v1.5.0. Minor bug fixes and new helper functions to change components after creation.

Added Tippy.js for Popover and Tooltip Components

This release uses tippy.js for the popover and tooltip components.

Major Update - Bootstrap Core JavaScript Removed

This update removes the core Bootstrap JavaScript file which can cause conflicts if multiple instances are loaded. This version will allow for multiple versions to be loaded. This will come in handy for SPFx solutions.
