feat: issue certificates for fulfilled shop orders

Summary

• issue a certificate when an eligible shop order is fulfilled
• add personal gallery, protected certificate view/download, and public verification at /verify
• add the certificates migration and Docker-ready PDF/PNG rendering
• remove dummy/demo certificate and mock artifacts

Validation

• npm run build (backend)
• npm run build (frontend)
• npx svelte-check --tsconfig ./tsconfig.json (0 errors)

Is this hq approved? Cause otherwise calling it a "Certificate" might not be good

It generate a certificate so what was the problem if some one buy something they get certificate like if some one buy nintendo switch lite they get a certificate which says this person win nintendo switch lite with complete 45hrs and certificate maker not work when someone buy grants
