Dev: Replace the hero image on TDM Calculator project

Overview

We need to update the hero image for the TDM project, so it won't look so smoggy

Action Items

• put in a PR that replaces the current image with the new one in the appropriate directory ¹. Keep the file name of the image the same. No changes are required to the project's md file.
• Verify the changes by viewing the following in your local environment with Docker and include before and after screenshots with your pull request:
  • [TDM ] page ² - you will see a new hero image with a laptop when its working properly
  • the project's card on the Projects' page ³ - should be unchanged
