This managed section claims to be extracted from .godpowers/roadmap/ROADMAP.mdx, but it records the earlier 06:22:48 evidence timestamp and PRD hash 7ac0f025...; the roadmap committed here records 06:45:21 and hash a9c6cc8a..., which also matches the PRD bytes and authoritative state. The same stale values appear in agents/quality.md, so agents loading either Pillar receive provenance that contradicts disk; regenerate both managed source sections after the final artifact sync.
