This PR fixes all critical and high vulnerabilities.
Notes for reviewer:
The reviewer should make and installation from scratch to be sure that changes in the versions of those libraries that represented a vulnerability don't affect the functionality of both the CLI and the Web. So, after this installation, the reviewer should start the CLI and the Web and, at least, create a stable coin in both apps.
