The issue list viewlet had no Project column, so in cross-project views like "All issues" or "My issues" the project of an issue was only visible through its identifier or by grouping by project. Strict viewlets also had no way to offer a column that is off by default: every entry of the default config is displayed and listed as enabled in the view settings. Add a displayProps.defaultHidden flag: such entries are skipped by buildModel and listed as disabled in the view settings; once enabled they are saved to the viewlet preference without the flag and are displayed. Use it for a new Project column in the issue list (project presenter, compression area, excluded when grouped by project), so existing lists look unchanged until the column is enabled via View options. No migration is needed: existing preferences simply do not contain the new column. Fixes hcengineering#10563 Signed-off-by: Michael Uray <michaeluray@users.noreply.github.com>

Fixes #10563
Problem and change
Tests
defaultHidden.test.ts. Manual: Tracker → All issues → customize columns → "Project" is listed and off by default; enabling it shows the project per row; Restore defaults hides it again. Existing saved column settings are unaffected.
