Wires a real native TabsLayout (native chrome, branded top-bar lockup) across four screens via Route::nativeGroup(). Timeline and Eventos ship as honest "em desenvolvimento" placeholders until their real APIs land.
Replaces the API-ping placeholder with a designed Início screen: a branded gradient hero (stats + working Discord CTA via Browser::open), a horizontal events carousel, and a timeline section with one featured post plus compact list items. All data is mocked pending the real APIs from docs/plans/2026-09-22-api-mobile-jwt.md.
The /api/mobile/me Sanctum POC ping belongs on the profile screen, not the new mocked home. Perfil now shows a mocked guest header plus the live connection status card.
He4rt's identity is fixed dark; pins UIUserInterfaceStyle accordingly. Android still follows the system theme until nativephp/mobile exposes the same override there.
