Corrected wrong end of emssions date.

The token allocation section opens with statement of 70B max supply but the table details 70B tokens at year 2, which is surpassed in year 3.

My recommendation for this section is to speak to the design of the emissions

• IOT followed a similar minting schedule to HNT, but with a max supply of N
• Emissions started X
• Emissions stopped on mm//dd//yy
• The emissions were N at the time of emission halt.

• Tokens can be redeemed for HNT, when they are redeemed the IOT token is burned from supply.
