Updated method for retrieving first record from User.
Working on fixing test cases
which generates the mapreduce Javascript code in order to avoid HTML encoding issues.
Fixtests
…ated_query factory
version 3.0 due to the added _type field being persisted to the database.
Tests passing
The most recent version is causing Javascript errors to occur, maybe because of incompatability with the older version of jquery-ui being used.
Setting jquery-rails gem version to 1.0.19 because it is known to work.

Please note that patientapi and health-data-standards both point to the scoophealth fork, not the original repos. The changes done in those dependencies need to be pulled in to their respective repos in order to avoid cross-project dependencies.
