All checked snapshots passed the generated-data, cost-surface and unit checks (plus the Rust usage checks when usage catalogs changed) before this PR was created; Required CI runs the complete gate. Imports retain their admitted task, version, and scoring boundaries. Arena publishes complete overall media cohorts; Open ASR reproduces a reviewed pinned cohort. Historical Intelligence Index v4.1.1 remains unchanged. Required CI runs automatically because this PR is opened by the data-refresh app.
