feat: improve documentation and hf_fs tooling

Summary

• add a documentation filesystem benchmark baseline and streamline documentation retrieval
• add semantic Space search and align hf_fs writes with the argv interface
• tighten Space search validation and record the 0.3.32 regression manifest
• support current-only live benchmark runs and improve tool selection

Context

These commits were moved off main after being pushed there accidentally. main has been restored to the v0.3.31 release tag.

Testing

• Existing test updates are included in the commit series
• CI should validate the complete branch
