Same fix as bitfuckit#25. Estate Rules' remaining failure on main was the AsciiDoc-by-default step on docs/tech-debt-2026-05-26.md. Converted rather than allowlisted; content preserved verbatim, CC-BY-SA-4.0 header retained. Verified locally: check-no-md-in-docs.sh exits 0 clean, 1 with a probe .md; check-root-shape.sh exits 0.
