Adds weftspline to the deprecated-names table (same shape as 6a2descriptiles), anchoring the joinery naming canon estate-wide so it isn't normalised back.

  • cleave = the surface · groove = the protocol · spline = the data-form (renamed from textile weft).
  • Consumers (gossamer, burble, …) sit outside the system, keep their own names.
  • Rationale: groove ADR 0009 (merged).

the data-form layer of the joinery system (cleave=surface, groove=protocol,
spline=data-form). Renamed from textile "weft" to fit the carpentry metaphor;

canon estate-wide so it isn't normalised back. See groove ADR 0009.
