feat: improve mobile UX for zoom and video

This PR addresses two mobile UX requests:

1. Prevent zooming on input focus by setting maximum-scale=1 in the viewport meta tag.
2. Ensure videos always play inline by default on mobile by automatically adding the playsInline attribute to all video elements via a global MutationObserver.
