Summary
Completes the platform-reference foundation by replacing the shared registry table with one registry-entry file per platform.
This prevents Google, NVIDIA, LangChain, XMTP, and future reference PRs from editing the same table row location. Each can branch from
main, add its own profile andreferences/registry/<platform>.md, and remain independently mergeable.No platform profile or entry is included in this PR.
