Hi @ctrueden,

We've created a tutorial page to get people started on batch-processing via macros in FIJI, as there didn't seem to be one already.

It's largely based on material we use in our training workshops.

@djpbarry This is great! ✨

There is already a page about batch processing with macros; you can find it here. But yours is much more comprehensive. Could you take a quick peek at the existing batch processing page, and let me know how you think they should best be reconciled, if at all?

Ah, we must have overlooked this - sorry!

Ok, we'll reference the existing instructions for batch processing - I'll let you know when we're done.

@djpbarry Thanks. Don't be shy about suggesting the deletion of less optimal content—e.g. you are welcome to have your content "take over" the old batch processing page if you think it is flat-out superior. Or if not, you could integrate the two guides into one, and that combined guide could be the new batch processing page. Whatever you think is best is fine with me! Keep me posted, and let me know if you need any help with it.

Thanks @ctrueden. I think the "old" material still has a place. It gives a brief overview of how one might go about batch processing in general, whereas our material is more concerned with how one might go about automating a particular workflow via recorded commands. So I think they compliment each other pretty well - we'll just add a reference to the existing batch processing page in our tutorial.

Updated the tutorial to include an introduction section and clarified the workflow automation options in FIJI.

Ok @ctrueden, I've reviewed everything and just added a little section to the beginning of our tutorial to highlight the fact that there are other options (all of which I think are sufficiently different to retain for the time being). There's probably an argument to be made for consolidating all of this material somewhere as there is significant overlap, but it could also be argued they're all sufficiently different to warrant their own space.

And fix case: FIJI -> Fiji.
* Fix header levels and remove explicit numbering.
* Remove unneeded Fiji mentions. This article is about ImageJ features.
* Use notice includes for notice blocks.
* Use img includes for images. Particularly to ensure max-width=100%.
* Use bc include for menu command references.
