Analyses from the manuscript can be reproduced using the notebooks in this repository and version 0.1.0 of symphony from CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/symphony/index.html.
Note: If you get a "Something went wrong. Reload?" error when trying to view a notebook, then usually it is resolved by clicking "Reload".
