ESScrollView
by Jonathan Dann provides iTunes-like scrollbars.
This solution differs from many others by not requiring images -- all drawing is in code.
With Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), Apple introduced iOS-like scrolling without scrollbars by default.
This obsoletes ESScrollView, and so on 10.7 and later ESScrollView will revert to the default scrolling behavior. If you don't want this please checkout the pre-lion-compatibility
tag.
