ID-155: DTR v220 initial Full EHR and Payer Suites

Summary

WIP PR for creating suites that simulate and test DTR v2.2.0 actors. Currently, this includes:

• Full EHR suite that contains basic tests for that actor
• A payer suite that contains only a DTR client (full EHR) simulation without any validation.

Testing Guidance

You can see a non-passing example using the presets in those suites. Run them by

• Create a "Da Vinci DTR Full EHR Test Suite v2.2.0" suite session using the "SMART Backend Services" security option.
• In a second tab, create a "Da Vinci DTR Client Simulator Suite" session
• Run Full EHR group "1 Client Registration" - a wait dialog will appear
• Run Client Simulator group "1 Backend Services" - it will complete
• Back in the full EHR session, click the link to attest and then run group "2.1 Static Questionnaire"
• In the Client Simulator session, run group "2 Payer serves Questionnaires"
• Back in the full EHR session, click through to 2 different attestation dialogs and then run group "2.2 Adaptive Questionnaire"
• In the Client Simulator session, run group "2 Payer serves Questionnaires" a second time
• Back in the full EHR session, click through to 2 different attestation dialogs and then run group "3 Review Authentication Interactions". It will complete.

There should be 4 $next-question calls made during group "2.2 Adaptive Questionnaire"
