refactor: Minimize the number of images and packages in build process

Description

Minimize the number of images and packages in build process.

Description of Changes

• Use graphviz from source (required by Steven).
• Use debian-clean and debian-common instead of debian images from Docker Hub (Harbor).
• Fix some Earthfiles.
• Use new approach for installing browsers and drivers packages
• Small formatting changes
• Bump imported Earthfile versions
• Earthly function to install chrome-for-testing

Breaking Changes

• Gdebi is used for resolve dependencies hell when you install packages locally. If you have any plans to use INSTALL_CHROME_LINUX64, INSTALL_FIREFOX_LINUX64, INSTALL_EDGE_LINUX64, INSTALL_CHROMIUM from this Earthfile make sure that you installed gdebi before.

• Install CHROME-FOR-TESTING instead of chrome

• Potentially breaking change: cause in this PR I used Debian Trixie for base image for Flutter I had to install firefox-esr from Debian repo cause previous install process failed due to libraries issue

• Flutter unit-tests failed. Looks like not related to this PR.
