Yep. I'm working on it but I'm facing a cascade of erros and ended up in pyoceans/pocean-core#132... Will get there as soon as I can build ioos-qc docs again with latest pocean-core.

It should be OK now. We do have an odd redirect:

It seems that the NASA resource now requries a login. The other failure is https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/metadata/geoportal , hopefully transiet.

https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/metadata/geoportal is transient. I think they might be moving to another service. See #226
