Added dnm label so that we can wait for all the videos to be available on YouTube. But the content can be reviewed even before that

Added some "from (company)" for consistency, and a couple nits.

Gotcha, I wasn't sure if (Poster) was a placeholder. Maybe Poster Session might be better.
