This feature allows you to filter a JSON file when downloading using Expr. It's ideal for when you want to apply different filters to the same chat. So instead of repeatedly exporting it with different filters each time, you can export the entire chat once and, from there, filter the JSON file multiple times, significantly reducing the number of requests to Telegram. To also filter messages, include the '--with-content' flag during export.
It also integrates the 'skip-name' feature flag in pull #904 with fixes since it broke with these changes.
