🎯 Project Overview

A secure, evidence-based competency portfolio platform aimed at solving attendance fraud. The system utilizes Dynamic QR codes and GPS validation to capture trusted data, transforming raw attendance logs into a verified, 3-tier professional skill portfolio for students.

👥 Team & Responsibilities

  • [S] - Product Manager & System Analyst

  • Business Strategy & Modeling: Drafted the PRD, defined precise User Personas, and strategized a sustainable Freemium Business/Monetization Model for institutional and external event hosts.

  • System Architecture & Logic: Designed the database schema and architected the "3-Tier Engagement Framework" (Participation, Practice, Implementation), mapping attendance data to global competency dimensions (WEF/OECD with LinkedIn standards).

  • Risk Mitigation & QA: Identified technical bottlenecks (e.g., Indoor GPS inaccuracy/drift) and designed logical fallbacks. Executed comprehensive QA testing and UAT protocols to ensure system integrity before deployment.

    • Analyzed system requirements alongside the PM to architect the platform's visual logic.
    • Designed a "Mobile-First" experience, ensuring large, accessible touch targets for rapid on-site check-ins and intuitive schedule-setup dashboards for hosts.
  • [View] - Lead Developer

    • Executed the core system architecture and prepared the application for final deployment.
    • Fine-tuned critical features such as the Dynamic QR generator and GPS location-fetching accuracy.
    • Bridged the gap between the generated code and custom deployment server requirements.
