Release 4.1.0, which signals support for new Django and Python versions

@Archmonger I'd like to release 4.1.0 to PyPI to both document support for newer Django and Python versions as well as signal that this project isn't unmaintained. The last release was over a year ago:

After this release, I plan to drop support for end-of-life Django versions to make automated testing simpler and perhaps open the possibilities for this library to use newer Django features if needed in the future.
