Script which will create a batch script to send to a compute node on either cheyenne or derecho.
First draft will allow you to either build mpas-bundle or run the mpas-bundle ctests.
After cheyenne is retired this script will still be useful, as it is user shell agnostic. It is also nice to submit jobs to build and run tests instead of creating an interactive shell on a compute node and doing things manually.
