Deltas merged into openspec-cli-integration, opsx-workflow-ui, opsx-config-center (renamed to the OpenSpecUI 13 inventory), and projection-contract-truth. Checkpoints closed honestly: owner acceptance passed, 13.0.0 released and verified, issue #282 handled. The 39 pre-existing archived-validation findings are historical debt unchanged by this archive.

Archive the OpenSpecUI 13 adaptation change after delivery: deltas merged into the four owning specs, checkpoints closed with objective evidence (owner acceptance passed, 13.0.0 released and verified on npm/tags/GitHub Release, issue #282 handled). The newly archived item validates clean under
openspec validate --archivedon the 1.13 CLI; the 39 remaining archived findings are pre-existing historical debt identical to unarchived main.
