This PR upgrades
github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middlewareto v2 and fully removes the old v1 version of this library. This also leads to dropping support of the v1 logging middleware in downstream projects, as v1 and v2 metadata are not compatible with each other.Fix #39
