Jupyter Days are no longer part of the events program for Jupyter, so they can be removed from the governance docs code of conduct.

Thanks for this, @marthacryan. Am I correct in assuming that this was discussed and came out of the @jupyter/community-working-group that you're apart of?

Sure, happy to share a bit more info. JupyterDay is an event series that we were in the middle of hosting when we launched our original COC in 2017 (18?). Jupyter Community Workshops is a similar event style that we've used most recently but we never updated our documentation to reflect that and the slightly different mechanisms for that event series.

I do hope we'll reinvigorate local/regional events in the near future but in the meantime I wanted to take down this event specific language in our COC as it may be confusing and is in need of a review and refresh.

As a best practice members of the EC should review changes to governance documents before they're merged.
