JustLend DAO integrates the energy rental protocol, which aims to provide users with a more convenient and cheaper way to obtain energy. The savings vs. burning TRX directly are large but **vary with TRON's energy unit price and the receiver's USDT-holding state** — the worked example in [§Cost Estimation](#cost-estimation) below shows ~71% savings (a USDT-holding receiver) and ~84% savings (a receiver without USDT) for one specific snapshot, which is where the "~50–80% cheaper" headline figure used elsewhere in this site comes from. Numbers move; treat the worked example as the source of the claim, not a forecast. The energy rental protocol is open to all TRON network users and supports one-to-many renting, enabling users to rent energy not only for themselves but also for others. The user-friendly interface is designed to accommodate users managing multiple orders seamlessly.
