Повністю перейти на Canon як identity/meaning, не display spelling. Аудитувати hard-coded symbol/function names, numeric IDs, opcode↔semantic mappings, symbol tables, constants, assembler/debug tables і локальні копії semantic facts. Language-level identities мають приходити з my-lisp Canon/semantic-registry; FPGA лишає за собою лише hardware representation та власні локальні IDs, які мають бути явно mapped до Canon.
Створити machine-readable таблицю функцій/операцій: canonical identity, semantic ID, formal action, surface/display projections, FPGA opcode/tag/representation, status, authority owner, implementation projection, executable RTL/physical witness. Display string ніколи не є identity; hardware/assembler мають оперувати IDs, а не ASCII як semantic key. Generated projections — з authority, не hand-copy.
Acceptance: одна трасована таблиця істини; відсутній/невідомий ID fail-closed; collision/drift mutation tests; exact shared-oracle cases лишаються green; local hardware-only operations позначені local-only, а не видаються за Canon.
