Pin the mobile app to published @kaleidorg/mind 0.11.0. Normal installs no longer overlay an arbitrary sibling checkout; local development explicitly opts in with SYNC_MIND_LOCAL=1 (SYNC_MIND_FORCE=1 retains the deliberate mismatched-version override). Metro follows the same choice.
Rate uses the in-process wallet bindings, not the desktop provider/MCP process. No dataset recorder is instantiated and no consent or collection behavior is enabled.
Validation: TypeScript check passed; isolated overlay regression test passed; skill bundle regenerated without changes. All 1,403 tests passed (190 suites); coverage floor passed. Android Metro production export and frozen-lockfile install passed. Physical-device QVAC/voice and funded-wallet acceptance remain separate from these checks.
