docs: drop the retiring api.regtest environment - #30

api.regtest.kaleidoswap.com is being decommissioned, so every base URL, WebSocket URL and code sample naming it is about to point at a host that no longer resolves. Signet is now the single documented test environment and the SDK default: - API-reference and SDK code samples repointed to api.signet - Regtest rows dropped from the environment tables (api-reference, sdk/getting-started, sdk/additional-resources) and Signet marked default - Regtest section/tab removed from api-reference and quickstart - Per-release "Environments:" lines dropped from the SDK changelog; the environment list belongs in Available Environments, and v0.1.16 already omitted it Mentions of regtest as a Bitcoin network (local chains, SPARK_NETWORK) are untouched — only the hosted endpoint is going away.
