On Liquid Testnet the USDt asset was unknown to the adapter, so listAssets showed its first 6 hex chars as the ticker with default name and precision. Add LIQUID_TESTNET_USDT_ASSET_ID next to the mainnet id and label it USDt / Tether USD / precision 8.

On Liquid Testnet the USDt asset was missing from the Liquid adapter's known-asset table, so
listAssetsshowed it with a truncated-id ticker (b612eb), the generic "Liquid asset" name and default precision.
