- Implemented `CategoriesDao` to handle category-related database queries and app retrieval by category. - Added `CategoriesDaoTest` to validate DAO functionality using a test database. - Updated README with `CategoriesDao` examples for usage. - Fixed duplicate `ktor-client-core` declaration in `libs.versions.toml`.
