Choose a tag to compare

The current version of the ECAT package now supports complex fault construction and both adaptive source mechanism nonlinear inversion as well as linear slip distribution inversion for multiple faults and event combinations. It includes test cases for earthquakes with different mechanisms, and now also incorporates InSAR coseismic deformation data from multiple platforms (Lutan, ALOS, and Sentinel) for the 2025 MW 7.0 Dingri earthquake, along with Sentinel-based SAR observations for the 2015 and 2020 Dingri earthquakes. In addition, the package provides slip distribution results for the 2025, 2020, and 2015 Dingri events. Future updates will gradually support post-seismic sequence multi-mechanism combination inversion and viscoelastic earthquake cycle deformation inversion. All associated code and data have been released on Zenodo.
