kit/tui/splitlayout landed in kenn-io/kit#86. Roborev carries a local copy of the same split-screen sizing in cmd/roborev/tui/layout.go and split_render.go.
Delete the local layout mode, geometry calculation, and bordered pane rendering. Import kit/tui/splitlayout instead. View-specific rendering and focus dispatch stay local. Output should be byte-identical across the sizing grid.
