Follow-up doc sync for #3. The editor's playability() no longer encodes a distinct-x hang guard (the engine is now hang-proof), so the Status section now describes the real ≥2-platform build floor. Adds a Gotchas note about generate_mobs' conditional RNG draws so the generator's reproducibility isn't accidentally broken by a future edit.

Docs only — no code change.
