To use the Fallout 3 Terminal Cracker, you need to have Rust installed on your system. If you don't have Rust installed, you can get it from the official Rust website: https://www.rust-lang.org/
Once you have Rust installed, you can clone this repository and build the tool using the following commands:
cargo build
cargo run
If you use the flag --no-sound then the program will not play sound.
