dart-modern-featuresand delegates directly todart-use-pattern-matching(where all pattern/switch/list/split idioms and guardrails are now consolidated) anddart-seal-type-hierarchies.dart-modern-featuresto the Dart 3.0–3.10 features without dedicated skills: Records, Extension Types, Class Modifiers (base,interface,final), Wildcards (_), Digit Separators, Null-Aware Elements (?e), and Dot Shorthands (.info).dart-cleanup.
