- Add Section 6 covering package entrypoint vs. `lib/src/` deep-module unit test seams.
- Document the `Real -> Fake -> Stub -> Mock` hierarchy (`Directory.systemTemp`, `package:http/testing.dart` `MockClient` over `package:mockito` `@GenerateNiceMocks`, and `@TestOn('browser')` over VM DOM stubs).
- Document constant-echo tautologies and executable source-file regex proxy anti-patterns.
