docs: README enrichment (Why + Pitch Line + Examples)

Summary

Sync README enrichment from internal source. Adds three sections (no functional changes — docs only):

• Why — frames the problem (Claude Code remembers nothing between sessions) and the fill (memory + skills + optional vault)
• Pitch Line — one-liner under Setup: "First setup: 5 minutes. Every day after: just /morning."
• Examples — three demonstrations: auto-capture from chat, daily briefing, decision logging in passing

+37 lines, README.md only. No version bump, no tag, no other files touched.

Test plan

• Audit gates pass: no /Users/, no personal handles, no internal repo refs
• Diff scope verified: README.md is the only modified file
• Reviewer: render the new sections and confirm voice matches the public-repo tone
