hatchling 1.32.0 emits Metadata-Version 2.5 wheels; the publish action pinned at v1.13.0 rejects them, which failed the v0.4.3 publish (nothing was uploaded). Bumps the pin to v1.14.2 (twine 7.0.0 + packaging 26.2, metadata 2.5 capable), SHA-pinned. After merge the v0.4.3 tag is re-cut at this tip.
