Problem\n\nThe published @kingkyylian/handoffkit@0.7.0 tarball reports 0.6.0 from the CLI. Main has the source fix from PR #30, but npm users need a patch release because the existing 0.7.0 tarball cannot be changed.\n\nCloses #31\n\n## Cozum\n\n- Bump package.json to 0.7.1.\n- Bump the CLI version constant to 0.7.1.\n- Add 0.7.1 changelog notes for the CLI version metadata fix and regression guard.\n\n## Test\n\n- pnpm dev --version\n- pnpm check\n- pnpm pack:dry-run\n- npm --cache ./.npm-cache publish --dry-run --access public\n- pnpm smoke:release\n- git diff --check\n\n## Risk\n\nMedium. This is release metadata and npm publishing preparation, but the code surface is limited to version metadata and changelog. The package, publish dry run, and packed install smoke all passed locally.
