HowToAddMilestones

1. go to the Roadmap
2. add a new milestone there, if appropriate
3. make sure to close any old milestones
4. if you do not have enough permissions to create milestones, you will not see an 'add milestone' link; please contact JoeKiniry to have your permissions changed
