Correct the v1.5.2 changelog examples for numeric literals

Follow-up from #47.

The register identified the v1.5.2 changelog note describing 0x01 and 1e0123 as invalid numbers, although GitHub accepted both in the recorded probes.

• Check whether the current changelog still contains the misleading examples.
• Correct or annotate the historical note to distinguish actionlint's restriction at that release from GitHub's accepted syntax, preserving the release history.
