During a compiler change testing (rust-lang/rust#149195) this crate was found to be a source of many errors in other crates on crates.io due to an ambiguity error.
This PR fixes the error, it will make the dependent crates build again if this change is published as
icentral-neighbors-0.1.1.All the dependent crates seem to be from the same
icentral-*family though (the list can be seen in https://crater-reports.s3.amazonaws.com/pr-149195-3/index.html in "regressed: dependencies (23 root crates, 384 regressed crates in total)").
