Add newSuccessResult helper and update resources

• Introduced newSuccessResult for consistent success responses
• Replaced duplicated result construction across resource_* files

I'm waiting for a github.com member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
