Summary

  • Remove redundant documentation files (INDEX_DOCUMENTATION.md and MIGRATION_GUIDE.md)
  • Fix misleading --auto-complete-prs true example in README.md (auto-merge is disabled by default, human review required)
  • Update references in START_HERE.md and chain configuration

Test plan

  • Verify no broken links in remaining documentation
  • Confirm README.md accurately reflects workflow behavior
  • Check that START_HERE.md doesn't reference deleted files

Changes Detail

File Change
INDEX_DOCUMENTATION.md Removed - redundant with START_HERE.md
MIGRATION_GUIDE.md Removed - too specific to internal project
START_HERE.md Updated - removed reference to deleted INDEX file
README.md Fixed - removed misleading auto-complete-prs example
azure-devops-parent-processor.chain.yaml Updated - removed dead reference

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Changes:
- Remove redundant INDEX_DOCUMENTATION.md and MIGRATION_GUIDE.md files
- Update START_HERE.md to remove references to deleted files
- Fix misleading --auto-complete-prs example in README.md
- Remove dead reference to INDEX_DOCUMENTATION.md in chain config

The auto-complete-prs option documentation now correctly reflects that
human review is required (PRs are created awaiting validation).
